Even easier: Buy already-made GF macaroons and just decorate those!

5)  Marshmallow Pops from NJ Family
I have made these for years for my girls, minus the sticks. You can also just cover the marshmallows halfway w/ chocolate and add sprinkles. Kids adore these.
